On the issue of legal support for the use of green bonds for the development of organic production in Ukraine

In this article, it has been conducted a scientific and theoretical analysis of the legislation, which introduces green bonds as tool for financing organic production, also identified ways to improve it. It determined that new type valuable securities – can become one tools support development agricultural production. is proved singling out environmental projects direction, involve use funds raised from issue bonds, farming, debatable due lack regulatory definition concept, complicate practical implementation legislative prescriptions compliance with standards issuing (Green Bond Principles).
